Is this merchandise official?
Yes. Every product is officially licensed by the Águilas Cibaeñas and made in collaboration with Uniformes Arrieta.
Which jerseys are available?
The official 2026-27 ProField jersey in four designs (Yellow «ÁGUILAS», Black «AGUILUCHO», White «ÁGUILAS» and White with black sleeves «AGUILUCHO»), in Adult (S–XL), Women's (S–L) and Youth (4, 8, 12, 16) sizes. Replica jerseys, jackets and hoodies are coming soon.
How do I choose my size?
Check our Size Guide. Since we do not offer direct exchanges, please review it before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If it has not shipped yet, we will gladly update or cancel it.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. U.S. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days and Canada 7–21 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. These are estimates: we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $100 or more ship free with Standard shipping; the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $100 pay $9.99.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at the moment. We only offer Standard shipping within the U.S. and shipping to Canada.
Do you ship to the Dominican Republic or other countries?
We only ship to the U.S. and Canada. For the Dominican Republic and any other country, use your courier’s U.S. address at checkout: U.S. rates apply (US$9.99, FREE on US$100+) and your courier handles final delivery and its own fees. Import duties and taxes in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Each return has a $9.99 fee, deducted from your refund. See our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange an item for another size or design?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item (the $9.99 return fee applies) and place a new order for the size or design you want.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. The return is free and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are secure and encrypted.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shoppers in the Dominican Republic can also view and pay in Dominican pesos (DOP): choose your country in the selector at the top of the page.
