1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Products and licensing
All Águilas Cibaeñas names, logos and marks are trademarks of their owner and are used under license. Uniformes Arrieta marks belong to their owner. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use these marks.
3. Product information and colors
We make every effort to display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and we do not guarantee that product descriptions are free of errors.
4. Pricing and availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and will notify you and refund any payment.
5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed quantity limits or are placed by resellers. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping.
6. Shipping and delivery times
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated standard delivery is 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are estimates and we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the package.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. We do not offer direct exchanges: for a different size or design you must return the item and place a new order. If the return is not due to a store error, a $9.99 return-label fee is deducted; if the error is ours, the return is free.
8. Policy acceptance, disputes and chargebacks
Before completing checkout, the shipping and return policies are shown to you and you must accept them; your acceptance is recorded on your order. Please contact us first with any issue. A dispute or chargeback does not replace the return process and, in the event of a dispute, we will submit these policies and the acceptance record as evidence.
9. Virtual assistant
The Site offers an AI-powered virtual assistant ("Aguilucho") to answer general questions. Its answers are informational and may contain errors; in case of any difference, these Terms and our published policies prevail.
10. Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
11. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or operation, use automated tools to scrape or buy products, or infringe the rights of others.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
